Product Benefits :

The main ingredient of Yechangdao is psyllium husk, which is obtained from psyllium husk. ( Plantago Ovata ) It is obtained from the seeds of the yam, commonly known as the yam bei fruit. ( Isabgol ) Isabela ( Isabghula ) or other similar names. It is a seasonal crop grown in the West Indies.

Isabel Shell (also known as psyllium husk or psyllium hydrophilic colloid ) It is an effective laxative for obese people. It contains a large amount of mucilage, solid fatty oil and endosperm.

Psyllium fiber is a hydrophilic, viscous colloid formed by a water-soluble gel. It undergoes mechanical action in the digestive tract, remaining undigested and unabsorbed. Health Use :

Adult Dosage :

1 time a day, 2 teaspoons each time (about 10 grams ) ;

Add 300 ml of room temperature water, juice or your favorite beverage, mix well and drink immediately .

Or 1 teaspoon twice a day ( About 5 grams ) ;

Add 200 ml of room temperature water, juice or your favorite beverage, mix well and drink immediately.

Dosage for children :

Children aged 6 to 12 years old, take 1 teaspoon once a day ;

Add 200 ml of room temperature water, juice or your favorite beverage, mix well and drink immediately.

Function Usage :

Night Changdao can be taken alternately with Day Changdao ;

You can drink Ye Chang Dao for seven consecutive days every two months to thoroughly cleanse your intestines. ; Do not drink Yechangdao continuously for more than 10-14 days.

Drink Richangdao every day to maintain the cleanliness of the intestinal wall ;
