Recommended usage : Half an hour before meals

Adult Dosage :

People weighing over 68 kg : Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.

People under 68 kg : Take 1 tablespoon twice a day.

Add 250ml of room temperature water, juice or your favorite beverage, mix well and drink immediately.

Dosage for children:

( 6-12 ) : 2 times a day, 1/2 tablespoon each time
